• Global Distribution: We deliver your tracks to all major platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and push your release to nearly 300 DSPs and digital endpoints worldwide through our trusted partners Kontor New Media and The Orchard (Sony).• Curator Pitching: We can submit your release for editorial consideration via our direct label channels and Kontor’s dedicated submission system to maximize your playlist potential. Most releases receive a Beatport Hype badge to boost algorithmic visibility, but please note that high level features on Beatport’s front page or major DSP playlists are independent decisions made by the platforms and cannot be guaranteed.• A pre-save campaign is launched around 10 days before your release to capture early interest and algorithmic signals. This usually includes at least Spotify, Apple Music and Beatport.• Strategic Setups: A Beatport Exclusive badge is optional and can be arranged to give your track additional exposure within the Beatport ecosystem. We also support strategic waterfall releases where applicable to build continuous streaming momentum by linking your consecutive singles into an accumulating EP structure.

Playlisting & Streaming

• We place your track in our in-house label playlists and official festival playlists where it fits musically and contextually.• We work to secure additional playlist placements through partnerships and swaps with other labels, agencies, and selected private curators within our network.• Your release is promoted and pitched via our playlisting network and through third-party platforms where applicable, to increase its reach across Spotify and other services.• Features and playlist spots are editorial decisions. We do our best, but nothing is guaranteed.• We don’t provide fixed “reach” numbers as every track performs differently depending on genre, timing, and audience.• Apple Music Motion Art will be added for selected releases where it aligns with the strategy and platform opportunities. (Currently not available for panta rhei.)• For eligible releases on PYRO, Komplex, and PYRO NXT, we may activate Spotify Discovery Mode to increase algorithmic traction during the campaign period.• For selected releases, a custom Spotify Canvas may be added to enhance your track’s appearance on the platform (depending on label decision).• Extended Playlisting Campaign:
For artists aiming to accelerate reach and visibility even further, we can deploy additional manpower to pitch your track to larger independent curators and networks, focusing on maximizing your organic reach without fake streams or botted lists. • We typically create high-end 4K vertical videos for Reels, Shorts, and TikToks to support your promotion, providing high-quality assets where suitable.• We provide release strategy and promo guidelines as part of your release communication around the launch date, ensuring you have everything you need to support your campaign effectively.• Launch Promotion: We coordinate an Out Now push across our label channels at launch. This standard procedure typically includes an Instagram collaborative post with your artist profile to maximize shared reach where feasible. We expect artists to actively share the release on their channels. The more active you are, the better the algorithmic response.• Release Optimization: Ongoing social media support includes targeted posts on all relevant platforms to keep your release visible during its key window. We use stories and Shorts on our label channels and provide custom promotional assets for your own channels to drive traffic. Where applicable and subject to platform approvals, we manage the mapping of your artist profiles across streaming services and request YouTube Official Artist Channels to ensure all content routes correctly.• Compliance and Delivery: The rollout of all promotional assets and profile configurations depends on the timely and complete delivery of metadata as well as the track passing our internal quality and compliance review.• Sponsored Instagram Reels are typically included to help boost reach for your release during the launch phase. Our follower numbers are constantly growing and may vary across platforms.
